Ingredients:

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients and set aside cream butter sugar lemon peel and vanilla
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add flour
- Add Yogurt and lemon juice
- bake for 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes
- Then cool 10 minutes
- invert onto plate
- Brush cake with glaze

- 1/2 cups lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- combine all ingredients cook 5 minutes
